Kristelle Soto
Marketing Leader, Consultant, & Owner of Delleux
A Sarasota, Florida native and graduate from University of South Florida in Tampa (B.A.), and Florida International University in Miami (M.Sc.), Kristelle founded Delleux in 2024.
With an 18-year career working in advertising agencies, in-house corporate marketing departments, and in the New York office of global media publisher Financial Times, she has a wide range of industry experience. Her background includes overall marketing management, creative brand launches, photo/film productions, traditional and digital advertising campaign strategy, organizing thought-leadership panel programming and conference sessions, custom themed events, and connecting brands to partner opportunities.
She has worked in B2C and B2B sectors including travel, cruising, higher education, the arts, luxury goods, agriculture, and restaurant hospitality – all of which she is personally passionate about. Kristelle has enjoyed implementing many of these marketing assignments in regions around the world (US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia), and in her hometown community on Florida’s gulf coast.
As the Chief Marketing Officer at Chiles Hospitality (2022-24), Kristelle oversaw marketing, public relations (including community and partner events), retail, and event sales. She managed the RFP process of searching for a new agency-of-record to manage a seven-brand portfolio. The success of building awareness and a positive reputation led to a 20% increase in revenue, and ultimately selling the restaurants in a private sale.
The natural next step was to start a consulting agency business. The name Delleux, suggests an elevated level of strategy, ideas, organization, and the luxury treatment for brands targeting a high-net-worth, conscious, or exclusive audience.
